Il Futuro Sopravvenuto
Arte-azione, comunicazione e post-umano nel Futurismo
70 artworks from important Italian collections ground the exhibition "Il Futurismo Sopravvenuto", which will open in Taormina in the former Chiesa del Carmine on March 10, along with the G7 meeting in the city.
The exhibition illustrates the birth of the Futurist avantgarde movement and the innovative elements that characterized its protagonists; chief among all, the breaking of boundaries between art and everyday life, as the Futurists invoked in their Manifesto della Ricostruzione futurista dell'Universo.
The Fondazione Massimo e Sonia Cirulli participates to this exhibition with the loan of several artworks that dialogue with the Futurist spirit of those years.
