Fondazione Cirulli takes part in Futurismo, an exhibition curated by Ada Masoero, through the loan of two artworks by Carlo Carrà and Vinicio Paladini.
The exhibition will provide an overview of Futurist visual arts through masterpieces belonging to the futurist artists of the "first generation", such as Boccioni, Carrà, Russolo, Balla, Severini, and Sant'Elia.
The show will additionally illustrate how Balla inherited the legacy of Boccioni after the latter's premature death in 1916, and how Balla, together with Depero, spearheaded the diffusion of Futurist principles in everyday life through projects in the fields of fashion, interior design, decorative arts, scenography, and graphic design.
