The Fondazione Massimo e Sonia Cirulli is pleased to collaborate with the Archivio dell'opera di Duilio Cambellotti for the exhibition Duilio Cambellotti. Mito, sogno e realtà, through the loan of a number of artworks.

The exhibition will illustrate some of the key themes around which the oeuvre of this versatile artist developed: Cambellotti was one of the most complete and multifaceted artists of early 20th-century Italy.

The exhibition includes about 150 works that illustrate Cambellotti's entire creative trajectory (ranging from sculptures to pieces of furniture, from ceramic work to illustrations, from home decor to advertisings), and it will occupy all the museum spaces of Villa Torlonia, from the Casino dei Principi to the Casino Nobile (Museo  della Scuola Romana). It will also include the setting of the Casina delle Civette, an Art Nouveau masterpiece which presents several stained glass and drawings by the artist originally designed for this building.
