Through the exhibition of 300 works from institutions and international public and private collections, the figure of Fortunato Depero emerges in all its complexity of truly contemporary artist who conceives art as a collective work and multimedia, among the first to understand the 'importance of the media in the promotion of their work.

The figure of the artist fits well within the futurist parable of which he joined in 1915 after meeting in Rome Umberto Boccioni and Giacomo Balla.

The meeting with the two artists brought about a radical change in his artistic production: from Boccioni derived plastic dynamism while Balla took that particular tension that arises from abstraction of form.
